Counterattack: Affirmative Action
Whatever mild xenophobic, racist inclination White students may have about the coloreds will quickly evaporate when placed in a situation where they are consistently bested by colored peers whose intellect matches their own. From the perspective of our war against the colored, this is unacceptable. With the assistance of our agents in college campuses, policies were enacted to ensure a systematic mismatch of intellectual potential of coloreds to their appropriate schools. Thus, we have set in motion a system that sends mediocre nonwhites to the colleges for the bright, the bright coloreds to the schools for the exceptional, and the exceptional coloreds to universities for the geniuses.

The purpose of this systematic mismatch is twofold. First, we segregate Whites from their colored intellectual equals. Thus, even those not sympathetic to our racist beliefs will find that, on average, the coloreds they study alongside are their intellectual inferior, amplifying whatever small prejudices they may harbor and quietly moving them ever closer to our beliefs. The second objective is to overwhelm the colored by putting him in a school where he is constantly bested by Whites – with the hopes of driving him out in frustration before he earns a degree.
The success of this program can be witnessed in the high dropout rates among coloreds in elite universities around the nation. To follow up, our propaganda machines encouraged “civil rights leaders” to echo the refrain that the dropout rates can be blamed on colleges’ “hostility” toward colored students, and ignore the fact that many of those same colored dropouts would have handily earned top marks at a slightly less competitive universities. Admittedly, this was a major risk – would the colored truly swallow the giant lie that schools that were 20 to 40 percent nonwhite that it could possibly be somehow “hostile?” As it turned out, the victim-mentality we’ve seeded in the colored population years before have yielded fruit, and we were quite relieved to find the idea embraced and repeated by the self-anointed leaders of the coloreds, as well as a good majority of their followers.
I tell you, grandson, nothing terrifies me more than the idea of coloreds attending colleges which are appropriately matched with their intellectual potential – opening the floodgates for them to study hard, earn degrees and credibility in the eyes of civilian Whites as engineers, doctors and be accepted as equals. Nothing is more unsettling than the idea of nonwhites earning degrees absent affirmative action and taking their wrongful place as full participants of our economy. As long as we can maintain a system that coddles them, weeps over every perceived “hostility” – we can keep the coloreds in perpetual adolescence and subvert their ability to become our equals.

You may be surprised to learn that widespread use of terms like “race traitor” and “Uncle Tom” were engineered by our memetic agents. We want the colored to wallow in their race, be consumed with it and invest their entire sense of self-worth in being “ethnic.” A colored man who defines himself entirely by the skin he is born with, instead of the content in his skull is, at worst, a noisy gnat we can crush at our leisure. A colored man with a mind full of education and creative ambition is a dangerous enemy.
Alas, affirmative action is not enough – it would take a blind man not to see that universities still graduate an unacceptably high number of coloreds into the professional workforce. Here lies a question to try even Solomon’s wisdom: How can we most effectively disable the professional potential of coloreds who remain in the collegiate school system?
The answer came as an elegant extension of our original subversive campaign: and spawned the genesis of “Ethnic Studies” programs. Let the colored earn degrees for reading books on how he was oppressed – let him feel “educated” for being able to list names of nonwhite scientists. Ethnic narcissism encourages the colored feel proud of the accomplishments of colored scientists and engineers – while simultaneously disabling him from acquiring the tools and training to become one himself. Ethnic Studies is a powerful tool to keeps the coloreds out of hard and natural sciences courses where they can represent a serious threat to us. If they must fill their hours in universities doing something, make it is the most innocuous and insipid “educational” experience we can concoct.
Encourage their vitriol against the mythically monolithic “Eurocentric” culture (as if the French, Swedes, Germans, Greeks and Italians have something mystically in common, aside from sharing a continent). Let the coloreds eat their own and believe themselves to be victims of a hopelessly racist society. You and I know that racists such as ourselves occupy but a tiny minority in this society; your job is to make sure the colored never figure this out.
Grandson, you were selected over your father to lead the Klan because we believed you were cunning enough to recognize the value of subterfuge and sabotage. I’ve enclosed with this letter dossier files on details of our disinformation campaigns, and trust that you will study them well and continue the Good War.
