Myers-Briggs and Decision Heuristics

As an enthusiastic user of Myers-Briggs Personality Profiling, I was quite jazzed to see Stanford's Center for Professional Development parter with Strategic Decisions Group to present Destructive Decision-Making Habits, on how specific MBTI types are predisposed to repeatedly make certain kinds of mistakes - and strategies to overcome them.

For those of you who do not know your Myers-Briggs profile - there is an online test that can give a snapshot of your likely 'type' at the Human Metrics Website and I invite you to fill out the poll below indicating your personality type.
