Myers-Briggs and Decision Heuristics

As an enthusiastic user of Myers-Briggs Personality Profiling, I was quite jazzed to see Stanford's Center for Professional Development parter with Strategic Decisions Group to present Destructive Decision-Making Habits, on how specific MBTI types are predisposed to repeatedly make certain kinds of mistakes - and strategies to overcome them.

Highly recommended. Printable Slides can be downloaded here.
